1. What Baseline is

Baseline is an informational sports prediction tool based on statistical models. It is not a bookmaker; it does not accept bets, does not handle gambling money and is not affiliated with any gambling operator. The content is analysis and information.

2. No guarantee of results

Predictions are probabilistic estimates: a 65% probability means the opposite outcome happens roughly 35 out of every 100 times. On average, the model matches the market, so no financial gain should be expected from following the predictions. We publish our audited accuracy on Transparency, including the experiments that did not work.

3. Use of the service

  • The service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.
  • The account is personal and non-transferable; reselling or redistributing the content is not permitted.
  • Mass scraping and abusive automated use of the service are not permitted.

4. Premium subscription

The Premium plan is purchased as a monthly subscription managed by Stripe. It can be cancelled at any time from "Manage subscription"; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and include applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual property

The Baseline model, analyses and design are the property of the owner. Sports data comes from public sources and from data providers under their own licenses.

6. Limitation of liability

Baseline is not liable for the decisions the user makes based on the information in the service, nor for interruptions or errors in third-party data. The service is provided "as is", with daily updates as far as technically possible.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
